Show Tooltips on the Buttons in the Extension Manager

Description

It would be great to see Tooltips in the Extension Manager.

There are several buttons on the right side of each Extension.

Not everybody knows what which icon is for.
I keep the mouse pointer over the button to see the Title-Tag with the description for the Button.

But it takes way to long until the Browser shows me the Title-Tag.

I think it would make a better usability to see the description immediately as a tooltip when i hover the button.
