I have set the option RTE.default.proc.dontFetchExtPictures = 1
in a PageTS-Config field because i want that External Images that
i set in RTE should not be "processed". This works like expected.
It means: The Image is loaded externaly in the RTE and i have a
external included file in the frontend-Output.

However, in the Backend-Page-View the external Image is not "processed"
also and this causes some nasty output that is "not desiderable" in the
Collumn and localisation view. Please take a look at the attached Screens.

IMHO, for better User-experience in such cases, this option should not turn
of the processing in the backend page-views.
