t3editor does not always initialize

Description
tx_styleguide_inline_t3editor
adding a new flex container section -> t3editor not fully initialized
having a t3editor in inline and expanding it -> t3editor not fully initialized
this is a bit weird since initialization from tx_styleguide_inline_expand tests work.
