Two Richtext Editors in one form don't work correctly

Description

If there are two RTE fields in one form, they don't work correctly.
Have a look at the attached screenshot. The second RTE has disabled selectboxes. If you write text into the first RTE and mark it as H1, the selectboxes in the second RTE get active.

Attached is a small extension with 2 RTEs in one record, for easy and fast reproducion.
