As an editor I want to have a quick overview over the content elements of a page.

- A button is introduced at the top of the page in page view. This button toggles between existing and compact view.
- In existing view, the headline of a content element is displayed inside the header, between the icons. If the width is not sufficient to show the full headline, it is cropped by the buttons on the right.
- The height consumed by a content element in compact mode is only one line
- Add content-buttons between the content elements are removed. Content elements can still be added using a general Add-button at the top of the page (see #75672)
