Description

TYPO3 is an open-source CMS and could be biassed for open-source formats. It actually is, since it suppports .webm movies. Open-Source Browsers support open-Source formats...
...If we added .ogg, .flac and .opus to the default file extensions we would support adding .mp4 to websites and ogg as an alternative.

Added a patch that adds the new file extensions to TYPO3.
