Description

Hello

On "Desktop mode" its easy to condense the module collumn that way
that you only see the icons. What is great but IMHO not used too much.

But if you are on a tablet, there is no way to achieve that
(no mouse to drag collumn possible). But the tablet is the Screen
that such a view would make most sense (see attachement).

So it should be possible to "activate/deactivate" that mode in some way.
Maybe the same way as the Tree-Collumn?

That will change for 8 with the removal of extjs. A separate button will be used for toggling instead of dragndrop.
