To put some meat to the bones of this patch: goal is to remove all the usages of $GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl']['transOrigPointerTable'] and $GLOBALS['TCA'][$table]['ctrl']['transForeignTable']. The concept with the translation records stored in a different table has never been fully functional throughout the core and causes a lot of conditional behaviour that is not really helpful.

Therefor we go to remove this concept completely. In the long run, pages will hold its translations too, instead of pushing them to pages_language_overlay. To make this work in small steps, for now all pointers to the mentioned TCA settings are to be replaced with the hardcoded table names (remember, this only works for pages!). So we can now remove the TCA setting usages in a first step, deprecate or remove the setting itself afterwards, and last but not least migrate pages_language_overlay into pages.
