Hi all!
At the moment theres no option to suppress the related video function in youtube, because the parameter "rel=0" isnt saved when adding a new media asset.
It would be a good thing to add this feature, either allowing parameters in the filelist or - imho the better solution - add a checkbox in the text&media element like its done with "autoplay"

Which version of TYPO3 are you using?
We have added this a while ago with https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS/commit/779a6ff4de0093582595ff7e104c72eafbf75e5d
