View button prepends &ADMCMD_editIcons=1 to url

Description
When using the view module, clicking the "View webpage" toolbar button prepends &ADMCMD_editIcons=1 to the url opened in a new window. This does not happen when using right clicking the page in the page tree and selecting "Show".

Generation of preview links should be handled through a unified link generator.
Links in the view module, edit document controller and page view should have the same behaviour.

we solved this preview handling now properly in TYPO3 v9 with the new site handling. Please report back to us with a new ticket, I encourage you to update to TYPO3 v9 as we overcame conceptual issues which couldn't be solved by a simple "bugfix" in previous versions.
