Description
TypoScriptFrontendController and BackendUtility have both a method called getPagesTSconfig and those differ. E.g. in FE only the TsConfig of the field TSconfig is loaded and nothing else.
Goals: Centralize those 2 and use that implementation in both + deprecate the old methods.

closing. i think we reduced the tsconfig mess to a decent set of api methods with #85016 now.
