Remove installToolPassword from section: All configuration

Description
Hello core team,
as installToolPassword in section "All configuration" shows and saves password 1 to 1 as "plaintext" in LocalConfiguration, which does not make sense, as installtool needs salted hashed password, you should remove this option.
We have a special section for changing the password in installtool. Please use that one.

Still a problem in 9.0
Another possibility would be make it read-only, and change the description text to tell the administator that he/she must edit the string directly inside the LocalConfiguration.php file.
