Hello core Team,

my CLI script exceeds memory_limit because of caching pageTSconfig of all pages of my processed records.
Would be cool to have a configuration option for deactivating caching of pageTSconfig.

Can you explain a bit deeper?

When my CLI Script starts it uses: 22.690.656 Bytes at first line of my CommandController.
After processing of 100 records with different PIDs, my memory usage in TYPO3 7.6 grows up to: 29.648.904 Bytes

With my patch, and a flushByTag of the new runtime cache after each record my memory grows after processing of 100 records to: 24.796.624

As you can see: With my patch you can reduce memory a lot.
