Description

When working in Chrome 61 and 62 (not tested with other versions), the dropdown menus or the contextual menu of CKEditor are not displayed properly. The window scrolls some way up and the menus are stuck to the bottom of the window. See attached screenshots. In comparison, everything works fine in Firefox.
