List view broken, ubuntu 17.10, Chrome 64.0.3282.186

Description
Hi,
im experiencing very strange bug in TYPO3 backend, version 7.6 and 8.7. Im using Ubuntu 17.10 (problem does not exists on Windows) and Chrome 64.0.3282.186 (problem does not exists on Firefox) and list view (only list view) is literally broken, and not usable. I can reproduce this bug on two same setups, so there is definitely some bug here. Im attaching screenshots, weird thing is I actually can take screenshots. Js console is errors free.
