Description

The IFSUB state is applied even when all children are excluded by doktype.

Example output with hmenu.excludeDoktypes = 5,6,167:

- Item 1 (Applies IFSUB, correct)
  |- Subitem 1.1
- Item 2
- Suppliers (Applies IFSUB, wrong)
  |- Supplier 1 (Doktype 167)
  |- Supplier 2 (Doktype 167)
