In TYPO3 9.4 & 9.5-dev it is not possible to edit or create a page of type recycler, without getting error of No pseudo-site found in root line.

Reproduce:
You can reproduce this issue in different ways

a) If you have already any page of type 'recycler' try to edit page properties
b) Create a new page (fx in list view) and choose type 'recycler' in page properties
c) Create a recycler page by dragging from panel for new pages in pagetree and start editing

Expected:
I want see form for editing of page properties in right frame

Result:
An error is thrown in right frame, wehre you expected to se form for page properties

No pseudo-site found in root line of page [N]

Or if you used page tree panel for create new page of type 'recycler' with drag and drop function, a modal error occurse
