This refers to the changes from https://review.typo3.org/c/58288/

Also different sets of injection methods or properties than the original class will not work.

We should recommend to use \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\GeneralUtility::makeInstance(\TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Object\Container\Container::class)->registerImplementation($oldClassName, $newClassName) in ext_localconf.php.
