Description
With issue #85742 a fix was merged, which not fix the problem and the approach is the wrong way.
After some talks with other people, we have no concrete solution in mind, but agree, that disable the restriction in container is a wrong way.
Also the existing check should be removed and implemented in a more abstract solution.
