Hello,

since the last TYPO3 Update we encounter following problem:

If config.extTarget and styles.content.links. aren't set, the target of an external links is "< config.extTarget". By the way: according to [[https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-typoscript/9.5/en-us/Setup/Config/Index.html#exttarget]] the default value should be "_top", but at TypoScriptFrontendController:3540 this value is set to an empty string.
