Long page paths or long titles results in bad UX in workspace module

Description

If a workspace record is located on a page with a long page path or the record itself has a long title, the action buttons are not accessible for the user anymore. A vertical scroll bar appears which is quite unhandy.

I've attached two screenshots which will demonstrate this behaviour.

I will provide a patch with a possible solution for this which we are currently using in a project.
