Description

If a user has a mountpoint to some page in the tree and has not access to all pages in the rooline, the listview wont work anymore.

In my case we have a page-tree below "Product Database" and the User has access to one of the subpages.
All subpages of "Product Database" has "ext: hfxyz (S)" as access-group. (See: accesrigths-of-root-pages.jpg)

If the user has no access for pages with the group "xyz-group.ch (S)", then the error occures.
If we add the group ("xyz-group.ch (S)") to the User, all is working fine. But the user has a group he should not have!

This error occures since TYPO3 9.5.16.
