About slugs handling/breaking since v9.5.15 ... reading through all the tickets I still don't get it. And that sucks. As does crashing productive sites with the customer.

With EXT:news v7.3.1 there is no "uniqueInSite" on `path_segment` in TCA, but a simple "unique". And having news and else outside a sites page tree in sysfolders is just standard(->access rights configuration). So why does it not work? Why should "unique" not work? "Unique" is you go for the table and that is it.

I - who probably just missed it - expected to find in red letters:
a) move the sysfolder into the page tree
b) how the problem is actually solved, using EXT:news v7.3.1 and a not-in pagetree sysfolder.

b) is to be preferred. And I still do not see, why it is not working.
