Description

Hi,

With the feature https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/master/en-us/Changelog/10.3/Feature-79310-AddOptionsAndClipboardToFilelistSearch.html the clipboard is added even if a search word is set.

But, if the setting `mod.file_list.enableClipBoard` is set to `activated` the clipboard is not rendered.
