Save-button behaves like save and close

Description
Hi!
The "save"-Button in the filelist behaves liks the "save and close" button: It saves and closes the document instead of save and leave it open.
Tested with a fresh TYPO3 installation and an older, udpated System. On both systems the extension bootstrap package is installed. Maybe someone can confirm/decline the bug on a system without bootstrap package.

Reproducible on both 10.4.6 and 11.0.0-dev (plain TYPO3, no Bootstrap package installed);
Test to reproduce it
1) Filelist view
2) Upload an HTML file
3) click on "edit content" (not "edit metadata")
4) Click on "Save"
Result¶
the file is saved and closed instead of just saved (So "Save" does the same thing as "Save and Close")
