Inputs in Media Adjustments do not inform the user of the required information

Description
Inputs width and height in the "Tab Images or Media" and in "Media Adjustments" do not inform the user of the required information.
- The inputs are set min="0" and max="1999", the user doesn't receive this information. The help text is "Remaining characters: 4".
- If the user enters a wrong number, the label only gets a red callsign in front of it, no text information about what is wrong.
