In the list view for translated pages the "Page Translation" list is always on top.
In the daily work of content editors this list will hardly ever be the most important one, but there is no possbility to reorder it, because mod.web_list.tableDisplayOrder doesn't have any effect on it.
The fact that you also can't really collapse it (#92907) makes the situation worse.
