Description
Create a page with access restrictions. The page throws a correct 403 if no user is logged in.
Now move the page to a folder. The page throws a 404 if no user is logged in.

I can also confirm that behaviour. When the parent is a "Menu separator" it's the same behavoir.

Hey,
I thought this was fixed with https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/69306 - can you also test with the latest 10.4.22 version? Otherwise I will also re-create a test scenario once I get around to it.
