Update all the xlf files in core to Verson 1.2 as discussed in https://gitlab.typo3.org/qa/internal-organization/-/blob/master/MeetingMinutes/2021/02/24.rst.
Also make sure the indentation follows CGL (use tabs instead of spaces).

Advantages: As opposed to 1.0 (current version), there is a validation schema available so xlf files can be linted
