No visible feedback when saving records

Description
On taking automated screenshots I noted:
When I edit an existing record in the backend and hit the "Save" button there is not optical feedback that saving was successful. The only thing that does happen is that the form reloads and then looks exactly the same. I think we need some kind of feedback on saving. This improves usability and accessibility. Additionally On taking automated Screenshots we could wait for the success text or element instead of just waiting a couple of seconds and hope that the record got saved.

How does a flash message sound?
I'm not sure if there is room in the UI to put a "Last saved NN minutes ago" indicator next to the Save button itself.

I think a flash message would be great. And maybe also a display weather there have been changes since last saved? The information must be somewhere as the Save and close dialog only comes when there have been changes
