This issue is related to https://forge.typo3.org/issues/87614

The $hiddenFieldHtml is not added to the html if only the body part of IRRE elements is loaded. This way, content of hidden fields become persisted only the first time, the item is created.

The issue fixed with the patch happens when a record is opened that has a collapsed (!) inline child. If that inline child contains a renderType="hidden" field, that hidden field HTML is not in the output, when the collapsed-rendered record is opened (this triggers FormInlineAjaxController with "renderFieldsOnly" = true).
