Description
When TYPO3 is installed using typo3/cms-composer-installers v4, the public resources of each extension are symlinked into the _assets directory.
Each symlink is named by using a hash.
When accessing the TYPO3 frontend or backend, all asset links are generated with a different, non-existing hash.
They result in 404 errors, so no assets can be loaded at all.
