Description

On navigating to any admin tools module I get an exception - obviously some changes is going to be written automatically...

(1/1) #1346323822 RuntimeException
typo3conf/system/settings.php is not writable.

  • having config files read-only is actually not a bad thing
  • the admin tools should show a warning/notification that changes could not be written (or refuse from writing changes automatically)
