Steps to reproduce¶

- Create a page and set access to "Show at any login"
- Create a content element on this page an set fe_group access to a particular user group
- Hit "View webpage"
- Set "Simulate user group" to what ever fe user group you granted access to the content element to

Expected Behavior¶

Web page should be displayed as if you were a logged in fe user and member of that particular fe user group

Actual Behavior¶

Page displays as if you were not logged in at all.

Additional Information¶

Similar problem as in #99119
Except that adding the ADMCMD_simUser manually is not really helping because the the simulated user group gets lost.
