Description

Web>template has no "create new template" button when at least one active template exists. You have to use web>list to create a new one.

Basically we need a "New record" icon in the new docheader.

I added the "new" button to the patch with "close+save" button, as the issues belong together

IMO this one can be closed as it has been resolved by bug 8830 (committed to trunk on 03.08.2008)
