When an input field "type text" is defined as "eval time", the automated time evaluation function rejects the values "0:00" by setting it to empty.

Since #23568 it is (only) possible to enter 24:00, but not 0:00.

I can confirm this behaviour. Same here on 4.5.0 and 4.4.6

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.1.7)?
