Field alias not displayed in Workspace

Description
Being in workspace the field is not displayed. Being in live the field is there and works.
Tested in 4.2.15 and 4.4.4
(issue imported from #M16169)
- Project changed from TYPO3 Core to 624
- Priority changed from Should have to Must have
- Target version deleted (
0)
- Target version set to 4.5.4
- Priority changed from Must have to Should have

Bernhard, please do not set Target versions on your own. It's a limitation of Redmine that you're able to do so.
I think it's intended that this field has no workspaces overlay. However, I keep this open for sb. from the workspaces team to have a look at.

Tested this against master (4.7) and can confirm it's still there.
When editing page-properties in "live" on the behaviour-tab there is the "alias"-field. However it is not there while inside a workspace.
