Description
As part of the self-monitoring core TYPO3 needs to make sure admins get notified about issues found with the system's health. Recording of system status check severity and scheduler tasks will make sure to check system health on a regular basis.
If an admin has set preferences to start in a module other than the about module after login, he might miss the warning box though. Thus we need to make sure to overwrite this setting when system health issues have been found.
