php_tree_stop doesn't work with new page tree

Description
The new page tree seems to not knowing about the feature of the field php_tree_stop
(issue imported from #M17013)

We discussed that briefly yesterday with Stefan Galinski and in our eyes its not needed anymore:
1) the new pagetree is "very fast" also with large trees,
2) you can expand the tree area as far as you like (its not fixed),
3) you can temporary mount any page at any point, so the editor can choose himself when it is too much.
The flag is still useful on the "old trees" (e.g. browse_links) and it might also have been used by TypoScripting or for other purposes.

IMO existing features shouldnt be just removed. What if I don't want users to be able to have a context menu or don't want temporary file mounts but some on some pages which should always be there?
the behaviour is nearly the same as the temp. mount, so it shouldn't be a big deal to implement this

This issue popped back up, due to the 6.2 patch that was abandoned later
