Description

If a column has no "colPos" set, then it's rendered in the Page module in a way that new content cannot be added to this column and it's title is "Not assigned". It's obviously correct that the column is inaccessible, however as long as the column has a title it shall still be displayed (instead of "Not assigned"). Only columns having no "colPos" and no title shall have "Not assigned" title instead.

Even columns which cannot be assigned might still have some reason and a BE user shall be given a clue which column it is that cannot be used.

This way the developer has more control over what is shown to the BE users in the Columns view of Page module.
