Users that are members of custom draft workspaces can get an overview in the LIVE workspace with all the usual elements, too. However, trying to raise the stage of a record results in the following message:

1: [newlog()] Attempt to set stage for record failed because you do not have edit access

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a user and assign him to a user group that has LIVE editing rights
2. Create a workspace and make the user a member and reviewer
3. Switch to the above workspace and edit something
4. Switch to the LIVE workspace
5. Go to User Tools > Workspace
6. Switch the overview to show drafts from the workspace created above
7. Click the up arrow beside the representation of the record you edited above
8. Enter some message
9. The error message appears
