Cardlayout: Click in pagetree doesn't reload content

Description
Use case:
- Click "Web" > "List"
- Click on a page on your page tree
- Click on a record you want to edit
- Click on the page in your pagetree again
What happens:
The list of records is not reloaded, you are "stucked" with the edit form
What should have happened:
The content area should reload and display the list of records on that page.
Additional information:
The same issue can be found if using the "Template" module and submodule "Info/modify"

AFAIK that's a feature of the new CardLayout: all BE modules keep their status when switching between different modules.
We must decide now in which cases this is useful and in which not. E.g. I think it's an improvement if a record is still opened when getting back to the page or list module, so I can look up things in other modules quickly without opening the BE in another browser tab.

It's not only the form that is "stuck", but the highlighting of the "current page" may change, if you switch from e.g. list to template, then click another page in the tree.
Then switch back to list and the "wrong records" are shown. Shouldn't changing the page trigger a reload for all modules that use the pagetree?
