Description

There are some bus in the sys_action task: create user

- prefix is cumulative placed before the user name after saving
- selected user groups are not shown as selected after saving
- when changing the user settings the password-field is always validated even if the password should not be changed. In this case the password field must remain empty.

Please implement the attached patch in the future release. ;-)
