In TYPO3 v4.5 and v4.6 the hover icons of content elements in the page module disappear or are at a wrong position reproduceable - mostly after scrolling the frame. See screenshots

I've got this bug too and have written a small extension which fixes the bug (see attachment).
The bug appears after scrolling and disappears if you click somewhere. So my fix adds a javascript script which simulates a click to #typo3-docbody if scrollTop changes. Maybe you could include this js to core.

Btw. if you install the EXT:dragdrop, you don't need to install the chrome_fix extension ;-)

still exists in 4.7, even though not supported any more.

@Mathias: Yep, me neither. In any past version this issue seems to be fixed.
