columns image element broken

Description
positioning images in columns and rows is broken.originally with 4.6 i have images in 2 columns. after upgrading to 4.7 this is one column with the images positioned under each other without any space. chosing 3 columns gives 2 columns, but also with erratic spacing. using "'Display as Rows' - Deactivate" behaviour is reverted to one column as well. overall the behaviour does not makes sense. changing to css_styled_content 4.6 makes it work as before.

Can't reproduce it locally. Columns work just fine.
On tackhead.com I notice that there is inline CSS, which isn't there anymore in 4.7 IIRC (at least not in the images element I'm looking at). Is it the 4.6 CSC template?

I've had the same problem, but after deleting this TS setup it worked as expected:
tt_content.textpic.20.renderMethod = div
tt_content.image.20.renderMethod = div
