Rewrite of workspace manual started

Description
As I think that there will not more feedback or requirements on a manual, I started with the rewrite of the doc_v4_workspace.
In addition to the existing chapters, also some technical information of involved tables, classes atc. will be added. Feedback is still welcome.

I've begun to add some information to the [[Workspace_doc]] wiki page to discuss upgrading a custom workspace install from prior versions and the administration of a custom workspace in general. I would be happy to hear any comments you may have on this information and for the information to be incorporated into the eventual documentation as seems fitting.
