Changing the "title" of a file breaks some functionality

Description

If the "title" of a file is changed through the Filelist module, then some functionalities get broken.

For example, t3lib_file_FileInterface::getForLocalProcessing(TRUE) creates a temporary file with a name ending with "." and no extension. ImageMagick does not like it.

In the TCA, this field is named "name"...

Found this bug today, I already commented in Bug #39859

Beside of this problem should FAL Bugs

- in core with FAL as component
or
- in Typo3 6.0 Projects FAL

? Only one place would be nice and moving all from second place to first, else they will forgotten.
