Moving content elements from one page to another fails in workspace

Description
It is not possible to move elements from one page to another using the cut and paste function in the draft workspace.
You can use | copy => paste => deleting the copied object | as workaround, but the cut and paste function would be better ;)

I can't reproduce this issue on latest 4.5 and master. Could you please check if the issue still exists?
