Allow stdWrap on form-defaultvalues

Description
It would be great if the "values"-setting for form-fields would allow to use stdWrap on them. This way for example a GET-param or the like could be used to influence a default-value.

did you update the documentation?
We are currently migrating the documentation to ReST format. This will still take a few weeks. The .sxw file should not be updated now.
Instead, when the rst files have been committed to typo3\sysext\form\Documentation, then these should be updated.
So in case this is merged (without touching the doc), let's just file a followup-issue in the doc-project.
