Hook to modify t3lib_div::getIndpEnv return value

Description
To modify or evaluate the returned values for custom environments it would be a great option to have a new hook inside t3lib_div::getIndpEnv.

I'm absolutely against introducing a hook at this place. It makes getIndpEnv even more complex and hard to understand than it already is.
what are use cases for this hook anyway?
